Founded in Sebastopol, California in 2017, Ahti sprouted in the fertile soils of Northern California’s wine (and weed) country and quickly grew to a well respected pioneer in high quality solventless ice water extraction. The name Ahti comes from the Sanskrit word ati which means “to go beyond” or “superceding,” and borrows the spelling Ahti from the Finnish god of the sea.
